The product is great, the customer service will lead me to this company over and over fast shipping piece was broken in shipping and a quick email which they responded to immediately had another shipped out and to my door in 2 days I made a mistake when ordering (sizing mistake) Draco glass corrected it for me it has been a great customer experience

Coils clog to easily

Looks cool but doesn't function properly, the coils are to small and clog up with just 2 or 3 bowls, requiring the entire coil piece to be soaked in alcohol, I've ended up just using the bottom without the top attached
