What is the return policy?
You can return unused products within 15 days of delivery. Returns for personal preference incur a 15% restocking fee. Store credit returns and defective or damaged items are exempt from this fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Used items cannot be returned. All used product sales are final.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed promptly and delivered within 2–4 business days with tracked shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Return shipping can be arranged with a prepaid label or your own carrier.
What if my glass arrives broken?
Report damage within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once approved, we’ll replace the item at no cost. No restocking fee applies to defective or broken items.
