Great Company, Glass Issue

The pipe shipped fast and was delivered in great condition well packaged whole 9 yards. Draco Glass had the best price available. Steam roller was in the fridge not freezer no more than an hour. After the second use of the pipe I heard a pop noise from the pipe. Possible QC issue, it was killer piper while it worked maybe keep it closer to 30 minutes in fridge or freezer though.
