I originally ordered the standard Phoenix star top tube as the site stated they had 5 in stock, I was then later contacted by the company and was told that they actually didn't have any of them at all and was offered the Phoenix star helix top tube in its place. So I looked at the one picture they had of it and it has zero description of it, but to the naked eye it appears fairly standard. So I agreed and was shipped the product and I received it like two days later. I unbox it and immediately I noticed something odd, around the base of the top tube it he's three small holes for air flow. The air holes allow too much air in as you try to hit it causing the vacuum to be far too weak to actually work. The entire reason I was even ordering the standard top tube was the original glycerin top tube was far to restrictive when hitting. I'm very disappointed. They should have shown better images or even included a description of it on the Web site. So essentially I have a bong that is not enjoyable at all to use.
